Milwaukee NARI Foundation names officers

The Milwaukee/NARI Foundation, Inc., the educational and charitable arm of the Milwaukee/NARI Home Improvement Council, Inc., announced the re-election of the following officers for fiscal 2012:

Eisner Museum building will become Creative Incubator

Lindsey Bovinet, chairman of Interior Systems Inc. (ISI), plans to acquire the vacant former Eisner American Museum of Advertising and Design building in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward.

O’Reilly Automotive Stores Inc. plans to open an auto parts store in the 7,453-square-foot former Burger King building at 10110 W. Silver Spring Dr., Milwaukee. The store will have 8 employees.

Software company to occupy Menomonee Valley building

John Shannon, who developed Quick Cable Corp. in Franksville, plans to purchase a 122-year-old, 10,900-square-foot building at 2045 W. St. Paul Ave., in Milwaukee's Menomonee Valley. He plans to spend $300,000 to restore the building, which has been vacant for more than two years, and most recently was occupied by an antique store.

Radisson owner fires back as Menomonee Falls files for foreclosure
