City receives $1 million state grant for Century City

A $1 million state grant, announced today by Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, will provide the final piece of funding needed to prepare the Century City site in Milwaukee for development.

Xymox acquires Milwaukee industrial building

Xymox Technologies Inc. recently purchased the 63,000-square-foot building that it occupies at 9099 W. Dean Road in the Bradley Woods Business Park in Milwaukee.
Xymox purchased the building from a private investment group.

Former Kenosha Target sold for $9.2M

A subsidiary of Menomonee Falls-based Continental Properties Company Inc. recently sold the former Target building at Southport Plaza in Kenosha to an investor from Idaho for $9.2 million, according to state records.
