Wisconsin construction industry suffers heavy job losses

Wisconsin lost 10,200 construction jobs from June 2011 to June 2012, one of the worst figures in the country, according to a report from the Associated General Contractors of America.

Generac earnings down 39%

Waukesha-based Generac Holdings Inc. reported Thursday that it had second quarter net income of $9.3 million, down 39 percent from 2011 second quarter net income of $15.3 million.
