Greendale-based Custom Fabricating and Supplies, a supplier of masking products such as powder coating tape discs for industrial applications, recently purchased a 30,000-square-foot industrial building at 5500 W. Oakwood Park Dr. in Franklin for $1.3 million, according to state records.
Price Engineering building in Hartland sold for $5.8 million
A 75,000-square-foot industrial building at 1175 Cottonwood Ave. in Hartland, occupied by Price Engineering, was sold recently to a Madison real estate firm for $5.775 million, according to state records.
