Richard's in Brookfield, have taken over the Sendik's grocery store at 2643 N. Downer Ave. on Milwaukee's East Side.

Senior living development planned in Glendale

Eden Prairie, Minn.-based New Perspective Senior Living announced that it plans to build a senior living community in Glendale.
The development will be built in Estabrook Corporate Park next to the Orthopedic Hospital of Wisconsin (475 W. River Woods Pkwy) and the River Woods Urgent Care Center. The site provides views of the Milwaukee River and Estabrook Park.
