Kenosha apartment complex sold for $17 million

Villa Royale Apartments LLC sold the 184-unit Villa Royale Apartments complex at 5418 Washington Road in Kenosha for $17 million, according to Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions Inc., which represented the seller, an out-of-state operator of multi-family properties throughout the U.S.

Developer proposes minor league baseball stadium in Franklin

Michael Zimmerman, the owner of Greenfield-based Zimmerman Ventures LLC and The Rock Sports Complex LLC, wants to build a minor league baseball stadium at the complex in Franklin.

Acuity achieves record growth

Pabst Farms developers to seek retailers other than Walmart

A.O. Smith revenue up 11 percent

Milwaukee-based A.O. Smith Corp. today reported fourth quarter net earnings of $42.4 million, or 46 cents per share, up from $39.3 million, or 46 cents per share, in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Gardner Denver named sponsor of Road America race

Kohl’s returns land for cancelled HQ

Kohl’s Corp. has returned the 103-acre site where it had planned to build a new 900,000-square-foot corporate headquarters campus in the Woodland Prime Office Park to the village of Menomonee Falls. The company transferred the property to the village in a deal recorded Monday that was worth almost $10 million, according to state records.
