AT&T Inc. announced Wednesday it has turned on its 4G LTE network in the Milwaukee market, bringing customers the latest generation of wireless network technology.

America's high-speed rail program is experiencing the best of times. Congress has appropriated more than $10 billion for the effort in the past three years. Kohl's Corp. reported third quarter net income of $215 million, or 91 cents per share, up from $211 million, or 80 cents per share, in the same period a year ago.
