The winners of the Deal of the Year Awards are:
Industrial: Seda International Packaging lease at Park 94, Kenneth Braden and James T. Barry III of Cassidy Turley Barry and Jim Babiasz and Patrick Dedering of The Boerke Company.
Investment/multi-family: Franklin Corporate Centre sale, Mike Judson and Lori Hake of Judson & Associates.
Office: Aurora Health Care lease at The Tannery, Scott Revolinski and Ned Purtell of RFP Commercial.
Retail: Multi-level Target at Hilldale Mall in Madison, Dan Cohen of Mid-America Real Estate Group Wisconsin.
The winners of the CARW individual awards are:
CARW Realtor of the Year: Barry Chavin of NAI MLG Commercial.
CARW Affiliate of the Year: Brad Dallet of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C.
Friend of CARW Award: Doug Seymour, director of community development for city of Oak Creek.
