The owner of Caremark Towers in Northbrook, Ill. has sold one building in the two-tower office complex just four months after selling the other.
Skokie-based White Oak Realty Partners LLC and Chicago-based Syndicated Equities Group LLC recently acquired the five-story, 171,301-square-foot Caremark I building at 2215 Sanders Road, according to White Oak Principal Tom Saletta.
