“Primarily customer service. Being aggressive and looking for new markets. Improving productivity with tools, equipment and training to be more competitive in our marketplaces.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?  
“ At present time, we do not have any changes planned in the next few months. We continue to look for opportunities to expand our business, which can come at any time.”
What is the outlook for your industry?
“In the construction industry, as well as private industry, we see quite a few opportunities that are coming up in the Milwaukee area. We are able to target projects that are best suited for Butters-Fetting.”

“Our key strategy is to maintain aggressiveness in our marketplace by looking for new opportunities, and most importantly, taking care of customers.”
