Milwaukee-based Komisar Brady & Co., LLP recently made the following additions to its staff. Matthew McGown joined the Komisar Brady audit department; he has eight years of experience. Edita Rimalovsky, CPA joined the firm’s tax department. Fridah Kiminya joined as a part-time tax accountant in August and will begin full-time in January and Kim Pike was also recently hired as an associate accountant.

Nelson Schmidt Inc., Milwaukee, has expanded its creative department with the addition of Jason Reimer as a creative director. Reimer has more than 15 years experience. The firm also recently hired Brett Hagland and Rachel McCormick as account executives.
Milwaukee-based Zeppos & Associates, Incorporated has added Laura Krinke as an assistant account executive. Prior to joining Zeppos & Associates, Krinke worked as a freelance public relations consultant and held several communication internship positions in the Twin Cities.
Tim Lindstedt has joined Brookfield-based Bader Rutter & Associates as a team leader. Lindstedt brings diverse experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer accounts with a focus on strategic planning, brand development and interactive marketing.

Barbara Wanless, owner of Steinway Piano Gallery of Milwaukee, and Jayne L. Perkins, recently retired music and vocal director at Shorewood Intermediate School and High School, have been elected vice president and secretary, respectively, of the Civic Music Association of Milwaukee for the next two seasons. New members recently elected to the CMA Board include Rick Aaron, Michael Betz, Joan Buschman, Chuck Cairns, Sue Doornek, and Erik Moeser.

Milwaukee-based Divine Savior Holy Angels High School has announced additions to its board of directors for the 2010-2011 school year. The chair of the 2010-11 board is John Mehan, managing director of public finance at Robert W. Baird & Co. Newly appointed to the board are Paul Grunau, chief operating officer of APi Group, Inc.; Dave Neville, vice president of sales for beer Capitol Distributing; and Mary Susan Prescott, alumna and founder of Prescott Medical Communications in Chicago.
Dr. Christine Miller, RN, interim MSN program chair in the Ruth S. Coleman College of Nursing at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee was recently elected to the Wisconsin Nurses Association Nursing Education Council and re-appointed to the WNA Continuing Education Application Program. Dr. Ruth Waite, RN, dean of the Ruth S. Coleman College of Nursing at the University was also nominated and recognized as one of the Wisconsin Nurses Association’s 100 Faces of Nursing, which is part of the WNA’s 100th Anniversary celebration.
