Citizens Bank Business Finance, the asset based lending, commercial finance product and service group of Citizens Bank, has appointed Philip Ostroski as senior vice president and business development officer. He will be located at the Citizens Bank branch in Menomonee Falls, and will be working with lending personnel at all Citizens Bank locations throughout Wisconsin, Iowa and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
