Hobbies and Interests: Competitively racing sailboats. It is an activity I have pursued since 1978. I race scows which are flat bottom sailboats with no keel ranging anywhere from 16′ to 38′. I have raced in several different classes, while mainly sailing in the Midwest on Pewaukee Lake, but have sailed at regatta events as far away as Florida, Texas, New Jersey and California."
Favorite book and/or movie: Books: "Life is Tremendous," by Charles “Tremendous” Jones and anything by Jeffrey Gitomer (His best book is “Little Red Book of Selling“) – Movies- most of the funny classics, "Fletch," "Caddyshack," and "Stripes," to name a few.
Favorite musician/band: Dave Matthews Band, David Gray, and of course Neil Diamond
Favorite place to visit/vacation: Florida Gulf coast

What is your core philosophy for doing business? "To earn my customers business with traditional values of honesty and integrity while maintaining high character. I always work to provide them with quality and value based products to show them better manufacturing solutions to make them more competitive and profitable in today’s ever changing market."
Who is your role model and why? "My Father, He is one of the best salesmen I have ever met. He understands how to take care of the customer by being honest and up front, and listening to their needs. He did business with a handshake as he taught me, your word is golden and your reputation is everything! He is one of the true heroes of my life."
