What is your core philosophy for doing business? “It all starts with responsible leadership and understanding the most important asset of any corporation is its employees.  It’s simple… be fair, be honest, be clear with expectations and give employees the tools to succeed.  Too often companies don’t understand the direct correlation between a satisfied customer and a satisfied employee. A talented work force that is treated well will yield exponential gains in customer service, efficiency, and quality.”
Who is your role model and why?  “Ever since I have been introduced to the organization, I am amazed and inspired by the children who benefit from the generosity of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin. Their courage is awe inspiring. For the past three years, I have been blessed with the opportunity to give back through an event I created called “Yacht Blast for Kids.””
What was the funniest thing that has ever happened to you?  “Going boating in Tampa Bay not realizing it was low tide… spent a few hours on a sand bar until the tide came in.  Lesson learned.”
