Brookfield senior apartment complex sold for $7.1 million

The Capitol Hill Senior Apartments in Brookfield have been sold to an Indianapolis investor for $7.1 million, according to state records. The 71-unit affordable apartment complex, located at 17390 Crest Hill Drive, was acquired by Capitol Hill Harmony Housing LLC, an affiliate of Indianapolis-based Greystone Property Management Corp. The seller is Capitol Hill Tax Credit
