What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I chase my kids, stretch, do core strengthening exercises, push-ups and softball.

How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness allows be to be able to stay mentally awake through the various challenges that are presented regularly.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Our team members are all in good health and choose to take care of themselves. The organization pays for 50% of health club membership initiation fees and monthly dues.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Supporting your employees both through financial incentives and personal example is a sure way to increase wellness.
