Cardio – 4-5 times/wk

Strength training – 1-2 times/wk

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?

Working out helps me control my stress and allows me to feel strong. In addition, it reminds me how important it is to live the example I want my children to follow.

How does personal fitness affect your work life?

Personal fitness allows me to keep my stress in check and keeps me feeling more balanced and positive.

Yes

What health/wellness organizations do you contract with, if any?

Too many to list.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?

Motivates some to have better focus on health and nutrition. In addition, it encourages people to work toward a common goal of overall health.

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?

The rewards will be unexpected.
