Bloomington, Minnesota-based Kaeding Development Group plans to build a 260-unit, five-story apartment building at the northwest corner of North Lincoln Memorial Drive and East Summerfest Place in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward neighborhood. The project has been undergoing design reviews by the Third Ward Association’s Architectural Review Board since April and is slated to go back
