Sheboygan-based Bray Architects announced that its ownership has transitioned to Matthew D. Wolfert, resident, Stephen J. Kuhnen, director of design and Ronet Rodewald, director of finance.
They have taken over the company from previous owners, Lawrence C. Bray and Geoffrey J. Bray.
“It’s an exciting time of growth in terms of new markets, terrific new projects and plans to continue to grow our talented team. The Bray family has helped to create the solid foundation from which we are realizing great success,” said Wolfert, who began his career with Bray 17 years ago as an architectural intern.
Bray Architects was founded in 1962 by Lawrence E. Bray who led the firm until his retirement in 1996 when his two sons, Lawrence C. and Geoffrey, and daughter Patricia took over operations.
