Glendale-based Weyco Group Inc., a distributor of men’s shoes, plans to build a 31,850-square-foot building that will connect its main facilities to an 80,150-square-foot warehouse that the company purchased in December.
Weyco bought the 80,150-square-foot warehouse building from Clarion Partners for $3.8 million. Combined, the new building and the building that was purchased in December will add 112,000 square feet of space to Weyco’s headquarters. Once complete, the company’s headquarters will have a total of 1,030,150 square feet of space, including office, warehouse and distribution space. For more, read today’s BizTimes Real Estate Weekly.
