Oregon, Wis.-based Gorman & Company Inc. is in the early stages of planning a fourth development at the former Pabst brewery in downtown Milwaukee.
The company is working on plans to build a 100-unit market rate apartment building northeast of Juneau Avenue and North 9th Street, said Gorman & Company chief executive officer Gary Gorman. For more, read the BizTimes Real Estate Weekly.
