Potawatomi Hotel & Casino randomly selected 20 nonprofit organizations to benefit with its 2014 “Miracle on Canal Street” charity program during a Thursday evening ceremony.
The annual program, created in 1994, distributes funds to regional organizations focused on improving quality of life for children. Those funds are primarily generated by special bingo games played at the casino each August through December.
