The state Public Service Commission on Thursday turned down an application for a wind farm to be built in northwest Wisconsin but left the door open for the proposal to be resubmitted.
The proposed Highland Wind Farm would erect up to 44 wind turbines that could generate as much as 102.5 megawatts of electricity under peak conditions in St. Croix County. For more, read today’s BizTimes Morning Headlines.
