What was the smartest thing your company did in the past year?
“With the numerous offices that Faith Technologies has in Wisconsin and across the country, we have focused on true alignment among all locations to capitalize on all of the available resources we have at our fingertips.”

What’s new at your company?
“With the growth of wireless cellular technologies, Faith has started a wireless division with over 400 employees traveling across the country climbing cell towers to replace older technology antennas with the newest 4G and LTE technology equipment.”

How many employees have you added to your company this past year? What has accounted for that growth?
“Faith has added approximately 300 employees in 2013. This is greatly due to the wireless work we have embraced.”

What will be your company’s main challenges in the next year?
“As we continue to grow and diversify into new markets, manpower will continue to be a main focus. To keep up with demand, we have had several and will continue to have job fairs educating citizens what Faith has to offer for an exciting career.”

How long has your company website featured a blog and what advantages does the blog give your company?
“Faith Technologies launched its blog in August 2010. The blog allows Faith to share the latest industry news on topics in preconstruction, safety, training, technology solutions, lighting, energy, wellness, etc. It is designed to position the company as a thought leader and encourage dialogue and engagement among our industry peers.”

How are you preparing for the future of your company as Wisconsin continues to face a skills gap?
“We are focused on succession planning, identifying top gun performers within Faith to fill roles as people climb to new roles or move on to retirement. This is a key to future success and leadership to keep the business strong.”

Do you have a business mantra?
“‘We Are One Faith.’ If we all work together and stay aligned, we can accomplish anything!”

What was the best advice you ever received?
“‘Pay down your mortgage!’ This came from my father-in-law.”

What’s the funniest thing that ever happened to you in your career?
“Wow, this is a tough one. I would say every day is fun when you’re surrounded by a great team. There seems to be a comedian in every crowd or meeting that keeps you on your toes. I would say we have a lot of fun at Faith, which is healthy and keeps morale high.”

What do you like to do in your free time?
“Free time…what is that? My three boys keep us on the move each and every day with sports including golf, baseball, basketball and football year round. Come the first Saturday in October through the end of November, you will likely find me sitting in a duck blind somewhere in southeastern Wisconsin!”
