A “Welcome to Milwaukee party” was held recently for Michael Symon, the newest Iron Chef on the Food Network show. Symon is planning to open a restaurant in the proposed Milwaukee Hotel Palomar and Residences development, which would be built in the Park East corridor in downtown Milwaukee.
