IndependenceFirst Mobility Store
Milwaukee-based nonprofit organization IndependenceFirst has merged with the Wheelchair Recycling Program to create the IndependenceFirst Mobility Store, a program that will offer gently used, affordable medical equipment for adults and children with disabilities. The program will operate under IndependenceFirst, which provides independent living skills training, peer counseling, advocacy, and information and referral services to people with disabilities throughout Greater Milwaukee.
