Sheyboygan Falls-based Bemis Manufacturing Company acquired Bio Bidet, an Illinois-based manufacturer of bidets, the company announced. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bemis is a toilet manufacturer that produces private-label products and component parts for a wide variety of industries.
