MW Bank seeks Slinger location
MW Bank, based in Menomonee Falls, has applied with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions to develop a branch at 306 E. Washington St., Slinger. The branch, which will be built in a strip mall, will be new to the Slinger market.
An MW Bank spokesperson did not know the new bank’s size, when it might open or the services it will offer.
Fiserv introduces consumer remote deposit capture Product
CheckFree, now part of Fiserv Inc., recently unveiled its new remote deposit capture product, an innovative solution that allows retail customers to electronically scan and deposit checks from any location with a personal computer, a scanner and an Internet connection.
The service provides simple, easy-to-use functionality for the consumer without compromising the security, fraud identification or processing quality required by financial institutions, Fiserv said.
