Brookfield-based Bader Rutter founder Ron Bader recently was inducted into the United Adworkers’ Wisconsin Advertising Hall of Fame, joining the ranks of other Milwaukee advertising greats such as William Eisner and Willie G. Davidson.

“This is an incredible honor for Ron and for Bader Rutter,” said Bader Rutter chief executive officer Greg Nickerson. “Ron is a true trailblazer and has built an agency that continues to flourish. We know the best way to honor his legacy is to continue to grow Bader Rutter as a world-class marketing communications provider.”

Bader Rutter has grown to have more than 250 employees and is Wisconsin’s largest marketing agency as well as one of the 5,000 fastest-growing U.S. companies, according to Inc. magazine. Bader Rutter has posted revenue gains every year since 1991 and has added more than 100 associates in the last three years, with more positions available.

In addition to its Brookfield headquarters, the company has offices in Chicago and Lincoln, Neb.
