Dan helps clients understand financial information to improve their company's profitability and protect their interests. He does this by taking the time to understand the client, external influences, and owners' objectives. Dan provides clients with technical expertise in valuations, litigation support, financial reporting, and individual and corporate taxation. He provides litigation support in divorce, shareholder disputes, and other damages claims. Additionally, he helps business owners negotiate and implement business agreements, succession planning, exit planning, value analysis and improvement, and the purchase and/or sale of their company. He works with clients on creating business value through the identification of the value drivers and how to improve them.
