An affiliate of Dresher, Pa.-based American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust II Inc. recently purchased the Aurora Health Center facility in Plymouth from San Diego-based NN Eastern Wisconsin Medical Portfolio LLC for $27.85 million, according to state records.
The facility is located on a 31.7-acre site at 2600 Kiley Way, near state Highway 23 and Pleasant View Road in the Sheboygan County community.
The two-story, 80,000-square-foot facility was built in 2007 at a cost nearly $13 million. It is a is a primary care, urgent care and multi-specialty clinic, according to Aurora spokesman Adam Beeson.
