Associated Banc-Corp has hired Randall J. Erickson as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for the corporation, Associated Bank, National Association and Associated Trust Company, National Association.
Erickson will be based in Milwaukee and will lead the corporation’s legal and government relations functions. He will serve as the company’s secretary and secretary to the board of directors, helping to guide goals and strategies related to government relations and legal risk management.
He has 28 years of leadership experience, most recently in Godfrey & Kahn’s Securities Practice Group and previously as senior vice president, chief administrative officer and general counsel at Marshall & Ilsley Corporation.
