Associated Bank plans to convert the Peking House restaurant building at 2815 N. Grandview Blvd. in Waukesha into a bank branch.
Associated Bank will move its branch currently located in a multi-tenant office building next door at 2831 N. Grandview, into the Peking House building.
Renovation plans for the Chinese restaurant building are being designed by Milwaukee-based Rinka Chung Architects.
The Waukesha Plan Commission will review the plans on Feb. 19.
