Ashton Group names Snyder president

Ashton Group, a Milwaukee-based corporate financial advisory firm with additional offices in Chicago and Los Angeles, has hired Paul Snyder as president.  
Snyder brings more than a decade of experience in serving businesses’ and owners’ legal needs. His experience includes business litigation and contract negotiations representing Fortune 500 companies, most recently at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C.

 Snyder serves as board director for CHS Enterprises of Asheville and a section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and he sits on several community boards as an officer, including Lighthouse Academies of Wisconsin, Present Music and NextGeneration UPAF.
 Ashton Group assists national and multinational clients with mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, succession planning, fairness opinions, valuations, ESOPs and recapitalizations.
