DO YOU PLAN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? In August we added our third robotic welding cell. Currently we are in the process of investigating additional automated equipment to expand our capabilities as well as
to improve our throughput of our current equipment and capabilities. In addition to adding new equipment, we are looking to expand our facility size, adding double the square feet we currently have. Employment growth is another priority in the upcoming months. We are currently running a campaign to increase our office staff by 10 percent and our manufacturing staff by 20 percent.
WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS? We feel manufacturing will be strong through year-end.
