Developers Tim Gokhman and Ann Shuk are proposing a 31-unit, market-rate apartment development on a vacant parcel of land at 2650 N. Humboldt in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood.

The parcel (once home to a daycare facility) extends all the way east to a bike path and is within the Milwaukee River Greenway Overlay District

Alderman Nik Kovac will host a neighborhood meeting to discuss the proposal on Monday, March 4, at 6:30 p.m. at the Gordon Park Pavilion, 2828 N. Humboldt Blvd.
