Finding the right people that are ready, willing and able to take on the challenges presented by a rapidly growing company.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?

We are always striving to improve and strengthen our organization so that we are always ready to take “the next step.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

None specifically. But those companies that hold themselves to high ethical standards are admired and respected.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

We are seeing lots of opportunity. It appears as if most clients have “right sized” and are eager to invest in improvements in their organizations.

We will continue to aggressively pursue growth opportunities and, as always, listen to our clients.
