Milwaukee-based business travel management firm Adelman Travel has introduced two new programs.
The Ambassador Club is a premier VIP service targeted to corporate clients who need additional reservation services and monitoring. VIP travel consultants monitor travel reservations for potential disruptions and work to make other accommodations for the traveler. The service provides customized support.
“Ambassador Club puts Adelman at the forefront of VIP services, while eliminating all minimum requirements to participate in this new program,” said Gary Deutsch, senior vice president of operations and account management. “Each company determines who within their organization qualifies for the Ambassador Club program; there are no minimum requirements of travel volume or level of position within the company.”
Adelman Concierge is a custom services program for corporate and consumer customers, whether traveling or not. Concierge offers restaurant recommendations and reservations, access to theater and sports tickets, gold tee time reservations, prescription deliveries, lost baggage search, shopping help, translation services, currency conversion, lost travel document assistance and emergency travel support.
“We were looking for a way to fulfill all of our customers’ VIP objectives, including those outside the boundaries of normal VIP services that address only air, car and hotel support,” Deutsch said. “The Ambassador Club and Adelman Concierge programs allow us to do that.”
