Wisconsin added 14,400 private sector jobs in September, even as the stateโ€™s labor force participation rate dropped by 0.3 percentage points for the second straight month. The seasonally-adjusted data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics also showed Wisconsinโ€™s unemployment rate increasing to 3.2%, a one-tenth increase from August. Job gains in the private sector
