For EcoShield LLC, a premium nationwide provider of residential and commercial pest control services, this New Berlin facility lease officially marks their first location in the state of Wis. Kyle Eckerman, of The Barry Company, represented the tenant, EcoShield Pest Solutions, LLC in the transaction.
