Schutz Container Systems Inc., a Germany-based maker of shipping containers, has purchased 24.6 acres of industrial land in Kenosha for $4.51 million, according to state records. The company bought land at 7517 60th St., southwest of where 60th Street (County Highway K) meets Union Pacific railroad tracks. The land is located in the 120-acre Midwest
