Zilber buys vacant Pewaukee industrial building for $6.7 million

Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group has acquired a vacant 165,000-square-foot industrial building in Pewaukee, and plans to make improvements to it in the coming weeks. A Zilber affiliate bought the building, located at W232 N2950 Roundy Circle, for $6.7 million, according to state records. The seller is an affiliate of Atlanta-based logistics company Veritiv Corp.
