Menomonee Falls-based Jax Inc. has named Kyle Peter as its president and chief executive officer, effective April 1.
The manufacturer of industrial and food and beverage processor lubricants said current president and principal owner Eric Peter would step down from his executive position at the end of the fiscal year and transition to product advisory and senior advisory roles.
“Transitioning out of day-to-day operations will give me the opportunity to focus on long-term strategic opportunities and new product development,” Eric Peter said. “I could not be more confident in Kyle and his team and I am excited about what lies ahead for the entire JAX family including employees, suppliers and our customers around the world.”
Kyle Peter has been Jax director of international sales for the last seven years, including two years based in Zurich, Switzerland. He also spent four years working for Bayer Material Science, including managing southeast U.S. territory for the polycarbonate products division.
