A Reno, Nev. investor has purchased Germantown Plaza III, a small strip mall on County Line Road, for $3.9 million.

The 23,129-square-foot building is on 3.6 acres and adjacent to the original Germantown Plaza, which includes dozens of commercial businesses.

Germantown Plaza III was developed by Appleton-based Core Commercial and opened in October 2014. The development includes a Dollar Tree, Christopher and Banks, Rue 21 and Maurices.

Robert Humason, who has owned several businesses in Reno, including a McDonald’s franchise, purchased the property at N96W19062 County Line Road, from Iowa City investor David Barker, according to state records.

Kim Pischke, principal with Core Commercial, said her company will manage the building in Humason’s absence.

“He is originally from Elm Grove so he knows the Milwaukee area well and wanted to invest here,” Pischke said. “He knows that Germantown is growing and this worked for his portfolio.”
