Ogden & Co. is planning a mixed-use development on about five acres across from State Fair Park in West Allis beginning next spring. The development will include 216 upscale apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail space in four L-shaped buildings, east of South 84th Street and south of West Greenfield Avenue.
