Dohmen has acquired nine companies since 2009. They are:

  • Centric Health Resources in Chesterfield, Mo.
  • Reglera in Wheat Ridge, Colo.
  • MedComm Solutions LLC in Emeryville, Calif.
  • BioSoteria Inc. in Emeryville, Calif.
  • ChemWare LLC in Raleigh, N.C.
  • Red Arrow Labs in Milwaukee
  • Siren Interactive Corp. in Chicago

Dohmen also purchased PlanIT Inc. in Germantown and Clinical Path Consulting LLC in Milwaukee, but later sold them.
