The Green Bay City Council gave their final approval for a convenience store and two eateries at the corner of East Mason and Bellevue streets.
The Council voted 9-3 to give Grand Central Station owner Dan Pamperin permission to build a gas station, Hardee’s and Baskin Robbins on the northwest corner of the busy streets.
