Riteway Bus acquires Go Airport Connection

Germantown-based Riteway Bus Service Inc. has acquired Go Airport Connection, a Sheboygan-based company that provides van and car services to the General Mitchell, O’Hare and Midway airports.

No terms of the transaction were disclosed.

Riteway, which provides limousine, chartered coach, school bus and tour transportation services, believed that Go Airport Connection was a natural addition to its services.

“This new addition affords Riteway the opportunity to further meet the transportation needs of our customers,” said Ronald Bast, president of Riteway.

Go Airport Connection was represented by Waukesha-based Mertz & Associates Inc. in the transaction.
