What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? It has great benifits, including higher production, less sick days, happier employees, lower healthcare rates.As the leader of the organization it has to start with you actively participating, which has dirrect personal benifit for you as well.
