RGA web site calls Barrett a ‘lousy politician’

With a fresh $1 million contribution from News Corp., the parent company of Fox News, the Republican Governors Association (RGA) made its first splash in the Wisconsin gubernatorial race this week with a web site featuring an Internet ad criticizing Democratic candidate Tom Barrett.
The setting for the video ad appears to be a pub, where the patrons are engaged in a Miller Lite (“Tastes great! Less filling!”) style debate over “More taxes! Less jobs!”
An actor portraying a bartender then says, “An ongoing argument around here is what makes Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett the all-time worst, more taxes or less jobs?”
The actor concludes the ad by saying, “Two good arguments, one lousy politician.”
The RGA site also includes a link to audio from conservative talk show host Charlie Sykes of AM 620-WTMJ criticizing Barrett.
